COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about our pricing and plans.

Learn how our hybrid pricing model works, how usage tiers are metered, and how to choose the right subscription plan for your organization’s hiring volume. If you have custom seat requirements or enterprise integration needs, our talent acquisition specialists are ready to tailor a plan to your exact specifications.
How does MileStone Talent IQ structure seat pricing versus usage metering?
Our platform operates on a predictable base-seat plus usage-tier model. Base subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) provide access to core ATS pipelines, distribution tools, candidate management workflows, and a fixed number of recruiter seats. Specialized evaluation modules—such as candidate assessments, asynchronous video interviews, and synthesis reports—are metered based on volume so you only pay for what you actually deliver.

Usage metering applies exclusively to resource-intensive evaluation and sourcing workflows. You are billed based on the exact count of completed asynchronous video interviews, delivered skills assessments, generated AI Judgement Reports, and sourced candidate profile reveals. You are never billed for rejected resumes, internal stage moves, or recruiter review sessions.

Yes. Starter includes 3 full recruiter seats, while Growth includes 10 recruiter seats out of the box. If your recruitment team expands between contract renewals, you can add individual seats at a modular per-seat rate without being forced into an enterprise-tier upgrade. Hiring managers, interview panel members, and executive reviewers with read-only scorecard permissions can access the platform without consuming full administrative recruiter seats.
Yes. Teams can transition between monthly or annual subscription plans as hiring demands scale up or down. If your team enters an active hiring surge, you can upgrade from Starter to Growth to immediately unlock our assessment battery and video interview features. You can also purchase additional usage bundles at any time to accommodate high-volume hiring sprints.
The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with over 1,000 employees and custom hiring architectures. It includes everything in Growth, plus AI candidate sourcing, internal talent pool re-surfacing, single sign-on (SAML 2.0 / OIDC), SCIM user provisioning, bi-directional HRIS integrations (such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors), dedicated SLA guarantees, and single-tenant cloud deployment options.
Yes. Enterprise and mid-market organizations evaluating MileStone Talent IQ can access a dedicated sandbox environment to test integrations, configure custom competency models, run sample candidate assessments, and verify calendar workflows prior to full production deployment.
